Martial Arts and Realistic Self Defense Boxing, kicking, knees and elbows are emphasized as are realistic fighting techniques utilizing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Thai-KickBoxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Greco-Roman/Wrestling and Judo techniques. Boxing gloves focus mitts, kicking pads and heavy bags are utilized. Ladies private self defense classes are offered.
KickBoxing-JiuJitsu-Mixed Martial Arts a great combination of Martial Arts. Class is 90 minutes long and incorporates Marine Style Calisthenics and Kickboxing techniques utilizing boxing, knees, elbows and kicks alongside with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ground fighting techniques. For an excellent overall workout. Great for toning, weight loss and & Self Defense.
Techniques are demonstrated by creating an interactive fun workout session. Exercise and diet tips are provided and discussed. A Basic Assessment/Fitness profile is begun and progress is reviewed on a monthly basis. My philosophy is that exercise should be challenging, satisfying, stress free & enjoyable. A Daily HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

$50-75 per hour (private instruction) depending on commute to client's facility or home
Monthly Class Dues:
(I) Unlimited Classes at Dallas Jiu Jitsu & Kickboxing 7 days a week $95

I do practice what I preach! I am an active competitor and multi-gold medalist in Martial Arts, Marathons, Biathlons, Cycling, Weight training and Yoga. I am also a Mixed Martial Arts & Self Defense Instructor actively testing the skills I teach in the ring and cage. (Renegades, Texas Ultimate Fight Challenges, etc.)
